Partnership with UP Tourism for Development and Operation of Eco-Tourism Project
The Department of Tourism, Government of Uttar Pradesh, is pleased to invite Expressions of Interest (EOI) from experienced and qualified individuals, organizations, or consortiums interested in partnering with the Department for the development and/or operation of an eco-tourism project.
A. Development & Operation of Eco Tourism Projects on the identified Land Parcels in Village Bhira (Palia):
The Department of Tourism, Government of Uttar Pradesh, is pleased to invite expressions of interest for partnering with the department in the development and operation of an eco-tourism project on the following identified land parcels located in Village - Bhira, Tehsil - Palia:
1. Land Gata No. 47 (Area: 3.743 hectares)
2. Land Gata No. 47/2 (Area: 3.747 hectares)
3. Land Gata No. 62 (Area: 4.022 hectares)
The aforementioned land parcels are free from legal disputes and encroachments. Enclosed with this letter are the site map, Google coordinates, and photographs for your reference to assist in understanding the location and potential of the site.
The Department of Tourism envisions transforming these parcels into a vibrant eco-tourism project, ensuring minimal environmental impact and adherence to sustainable development principles. We invite you to assess the site location and feasibility for development and submit your consent along with a brief proposal detailing your interest and approach toward the project.
